* All orders are shipped within the
continental United States by UPS (United Parcel Service) Ground usually within 1
to 10 days from *receipt of order. Faster delivery
is available at an additional charge for most items. Please e-mail us at customerservice@bdmarketing.com and request information on faster delivery.
We do not ship outside the continental
United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We do not
ship C.O.D. Please make sure that you enter your address correctly. We
must charge you for shipping if we have to re-ship an item because of an
address error.
*Please note that eCheck payments usually
takes 4 business
days to be funded. Orders paid for with an eCheck will not be processed
until notified by PayPal that funds have cleared.
Shipping to a different address? To protect the security of your
credit card and help expedite your order, if your order is shipping to an
address that is not the same as the billing address on your credit card,
you may be asked to list the alternate address with your credit card
company. Doing this in advance will speed up the processing of your order.
To place an alternate address on file with your credit card, simply call
the 800 number on the back of your credit card and ask the agent to add
the address to the notes on your account.
Normally B & D Marketing only ships to a
Confirmed Address. A Confirmed Address is your credit card billing
address. PayPal can verify the address. This verification helps maintain
the safety and security of the entire payment network.

Checking the Status of Your Order:
All orders are shipped via UPS. Upon your request, we will provide the UPS
tracking code so that you can check the status of your delivery via
email. After you receive your tracking number, go to http://www.ups.com/ and click on "Tracking." Enter
your tracking number in the space shown, and click "Track." You
will be shown the status of your order. If you have any difficulty,
please e-mail us at customerservice@bdmarketing.com.

Shipping Damage:
Sometimes situations arise that are out of our control. Among the most
common is damaged merchandise through shipping. In the unlikely event your
order is damaged during shipping, in whole or in part, please file a claim
directly with the carrier. B&D Marketing will replace defective
merchandise but cannot be held responsible for the actions of the freight
carrier. If you have any difficulty please e-mail us at customerservice@bdmarketing.com.

Shipping charges on returns:
Customers are responsible for any shipping charges to return products.
B&D ships freight free, and reserves the right to deduct actual
shipping expenses from the original purchase price. Please insure your
return as B&D does not assume responsibility for items lost in
transit.
Shipping charges on exchanges:
B&D will allow full credit for any exchanges provided the value of
the exchange is either equal to or greater than the original purchase
price.
An RMA is required for any returns or exchanges.
Instructions for getting an RMA are on the "Terms of Sale"
page. No postage due or C.O.D. returns will be accepted.
