Cookies: What they are and how they work.

A "cookie" is a small piece of information which a web server can store temporarily with your web browser. This is useful for having your browser remember some specific information which the web server can later retrieve.

For example, when you browse through an "online shopping mall" and add items to your "shopping cart" as you browse, a list of the items you've picked up is stored by your browser so that you can pay for all of the items at once when you're finished shopping. It's much more efficient for each browser to keep track of information like this than to expect the web server to have to remember who bought what, especially if there are thousands of people using it the web server at a time.

A cookie file is NOT a secret way for a web server to find out everything about you and what you have on your hard drive. The ONLY way that any private information could be in your cookie file would be if you personally gave that information to a web server in the first place and it decided to put that information into your cookie file for some reason. Also, each cookie is marked with information about what web server it's for; Netscape Navigator does not send any cookies to any web server they're not for. There is absolutely no way for a web server to get access to any private information about you or your system through cookies. Also, there is no possible way that a virus could be spread through the use of cookies.

• Items that, when packed, exceed 130 inches in combined length and girth (the combined length and girth is length plus twice the height plus twice the girth).

In addition, the PayPal Satisfaction Guarantee is only offered for transactions with a total amount of $1000 or less. For more information about terms and exclusions, please refer to the User Agreement.

I purchased a PayPal Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee. The merchandise was just what I expected. Is there any way to get my fees refunded?
Once you have purchased a PayPal Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee, your fees will only be refunded if your seller provides a refund through the PayPal website and no reimbursement request has been filed.

What is an eCheck?

An eCheck is an electronic funds transfer that withdraws money directly from your bank account. It's just like writing a check, only it is done electronically. When you send money with an eCheck, the transaction will be held as pending for 3-4 business days, until the electronic funds transfer has cleared your bank. How do I use an eCheck? To use eCheck, just select it as your Funding Source when you send money. Why should I use an eCheck? When you use eCheck, you don't have to have a credit card or alternate funding source attached to your PayPal account. In addition, using eCheck means you won't incur credit card debt, since the money comes directly out of your bank account. eCheck is like writing a check, only faster and more secure.   When I make an eCheck payment, when will the money be debited from my bank account? PayPal will send the request to your bank immediately. It will take up to 4 business days for the electronic funds transfer to be completed and for the funds to become available to the recipient of your payment. If your bank initially declines the electronic funds transfer, the payment may be delayed for up to an additional 7 business days. In this case, the Expected Clearing Date listed in the recipient's transaction history will be updated to reflect the new date. Why does it take so long for my recipient's account balance to reflect my eCheck payment? It will take up to 4 business days for the electronic funds transfer to be completed and for the funds to become available to the recipient of your payment. Your recipient's balance will not reflect your eCheck payment until the funds transfer is complete. Will my order be delayed if I use an eCheck? Yes. We do not ship orders paid by eCheck until we receive verification from PayPal that the transaction has been completed (funds transfer is complete).
